• When purchasing personalised items it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure all personalisation details you send to us are correct, and any confirmation requests sent by us to you for final proof authorisation are correct.
• Under no circumstances will refunds be made for any personalised items purchased and/or received by you the customer.
• Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once a purchase has been processed on our website.
• Personalised items are non returnable and non refundable.
• Any earring purchases are non returnable and non refundable.
• Postage is non refundable.
• For items purchased that do not fall under the category of personalisation we offer a refund or exchange where we have been informed within 14 days of receipt of your order. Customers have 14 days to return the item/s from the date that we have been informed. All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as the items have been received and processed by us. Exchanges will be processed as soon as we have received and processed the original item/s. To request a refund customers MUST contact us in order to receive a refund number before returning the item/s to us.

• To ensure the lifespan of your purchase our jewellery should not be worn in water or when sleeping.
• All of our jewellery should be stored in a safe, secure place, and out of direct sunlight when not worn.
• Jewellery should be cleaned by a professional jewellery cleaner.
